- 600g sebago potatoes peeled chopped

- 3 4 cup pure cream

- place garlic on a baking tray lined with baking paper drizzle with half the oil bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender set aside until cool enough to handle squeeze garlic from skins discard skins
