The ingredient of Thai Chicken Pizza
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 500g chicken fillets cut into thin strips
- 2 3 cup 160ml of the fountain satay sauce
- 2 x 30cm pizza bases
- 150g snowpeas cut into thin strips
- 1 red onion halved thinly sliced
- 1 2 cup 130 g greek style natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 2 cup 80g roasted unsalted cashew nuts coarsely chopped
- 1 large red chilli finely chopped
The Instruction of thai chicken pizza
- preheat the oven to 230u00b0c place two plates in the oven
- heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat add the chicken and cook for 2 3 minutes or until golden brown set aside for 5 minutes mix the chicken and half the satay sauce together
- spread the remaining satay sauce on the pizza bases top with the chicken snowpeas and onion
- place pizzas on preheated trays and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the base is crisp and hot
- combine the yogurt and the chutney garnish with cashew nuts and chilli serve with mixture of yogurt
