  • 120g greek style antipasto mix
  • 100g semi dried tomatoes
  • 100g chargrilled vegetables
  • 2 pieces lebanese bread
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning mix

  • to make parmesan toast preheat oven to 180c or 160c fan lay lebanese bread on 2 baking trays drizzle 1 tablespoon oil over each piece of bread top each with 1 4 cup parmesan and 1 2 teaspoon cajun seasoning bake for 10 mins until crisp and golden cool on trays before breaking into pieces to make toasts
  • arrange dips and remaining ingredients on a large platter serve with parmesan toast
